While they write
The Endmark add-in for Outlook inserts the signature the moment someone starts a new message or reply, and swaps it when they change the From address. They see exactly what the recipient will get. You deploy it once from the Microsoft 365 admin center, with no AppSource listing and nothing for people to install.

Classic Outlook for Windows support needs Microsoft sign-in inside the add-in, which is coming next. Until then, and on classic Outlook for Mac, the server-side rule covers it.
On the server
For mail sent from phones without the add-in, scanners, or other apps, Endmark writes an Exchange Online mail flow rule for each of your rules. It skips anything the add-in already signed, so no one gets two signatures.
Exchange has limits: 5,000 characters, directory fields only, no per-person photos. The editor shows the server-side version next to the add-in version and names every difference before you publish.
Filled from your directory
Names, titles, departments, phones, and offices sync from Entra ID. Empty fields drop out instead of leaving blank lines.
Rules, in order
One signature for everyone, another for sales, a third for one person. The first matching rule wins, and each person's page shows which one they get.
Nothing goes live by accident
Drafts save as you type. Editors ask for review; an admin publishes. The next message each person writes carries the change.
